When you place an order and pay with a credit card or PayPal, Hi Sweeties proceeds to request an authorization for the total amount of the purchase. If the order is canceled before the charge and you request cancellation, the block of the amount is canceled and the value becomes available again in your account.
Alternatively, it may take up to 5 business days.
You can request a return with relative refund if, alternatively, the following conditions apply:
- product damaged on delivery, in which case we ask you to make a reserve (written note of reserve for missing or damaged goods), adding photos with the collaboration of our courier,
- delivery error on our part, in this case you will also be asked to send a photo of the order and a list of incorrect or missing products. The refund value will therefore be equal to the incorrect or missing goods
- communication of the cancellation within 6 hours of the order; in this case, however, the Customer will receive a voucher of equal value to be used for subsequent purchases. However, it should be noted that in no case will it be possible to proceed with a cancellation if requested on the same day of delivery
